What a wonderfully warm welcome we recieved from Tim, Jay and everyone at this very special pub. Terrific local ales and a great crowd came together to give us a really memorable night on stage and off. Can't wait to come back!

Thanks for a really helpful, warm and friendly welcome tonight. It's not often you wander into a pub and find an electric upright sitting in the corner and you're invited to try it out! Shame I was driving - I would have loved to have had a few beers there. |

Been two weekends running now with different groups of friends and we've loved it both times. Hoping to pop back Wednesday for Open Mic night. Pretty unique place. |

Came to the Barge for the first time just before Christmas. A band called the Flowing played an amazing set, so talented. Would like to see them again. Also loved the welcome and atmosphere of this place. The Landlord very nice and friendly. Will be visiting soon in 2009. Recommend this venue to all music lovers of taste! |

Tim, good luck in Tenerife. The RNLI/Retirement party was great with excellent musicans - as usual. Well done to all the staff and Gastove for organising it. What a hard act to follow!!!
